The registry is published as a canonical JSON dataset, a grade-matrix CSV, and a printable PDF.

A note on the dataset's voice: the JSON preserves the research passes' working notes verbatim, so some prose is written in the first person of the researching session. The registry pages render the same content in a neutral editorial voice. A logged editorial pass will align the dataset text in a future release; findings, grades and citations are unaffected.

How to cite

Open Workplace Health Standard, Instrument Registry, dataset v0.2.1 (2026-07-12). Available at openworkplacehealth.org. Grades are editorial assessments of published evidence for a UK working-adult audience; see the methodology page for the grading conventions.
