The bank is published as a canonical JSON file, a generated CSV, and a PDF export.

• question-bank.json: the canonical dataset (one record per item, full provenance).
• question-bank.csv: a flat CSV generated from the JSON, for spreadsheets.
• question-bank.pdf: a printable export of the verified items and the provenance catalogue.
